About Danica Vasquez

Danica Vasquez is our wizard behind the curtain! Our Director of Operations, aka the glue that holds us all together. While she does not actively sell real estate, she makes sure the contracts, timeline and inspections are handled with the utmost care. Behind the scenes, she keeps our business moving forward and keeps our agents on track. With her Finance & Accounting background, she is our spreadsheet guru, our Profit & Loss keeper and so much more. Danica went into real estate after she purchased her first property. Her passion was sparked by the desire to educate others on how they could become homeowners too. Danica strives to fill the gap in new homebuyer education and preparedness. She is patient, an exceptional communicator, a natural-born teacher, up for any task and one of the kindest humans you’ll ever meet!
